In this video, I make a Ferrero Rocher-inspired cake. I made a hazelnut sponge cake layered with a nougat buttercream and chopped Ferrero. This cake is super rich but not overly sweet.

Hazelnut sponge:
4 room temperature eggs
125 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
1 package vanilla sugar or 1 splash vanilla extract
125 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
35 grams ground hazelnut
Nougat buttercream:
1 vanilla pudding with 200 ml cream and 300 ml milk
250 grams room temperature butter
200 grams melted nougat or Nutella
8 Ferrero Rocher chopped
Decorations:
Chopped hazelnuts

Chocolate Drip:
100 grams chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
