Yeah I think our shadows all exist...it’s the thing you unconsciously pull against but that is just as much a part of you as anything else. It’s the part of you that society deems you shouldn’t show or share. The side you show society also has a backside that always faces away, like the moon.

Uh... Yes, Personas are based on the "ego" and who we are with different people. Shadows are our unconscious. For this game they made the shadows who the characters really are, or their repressed selves. So Arsene and the others are still a manifestation of their users.

To be fair, even after it uses supreme insight, it’s possible to still damage it, but that’s only with counter skills. It won’t die even if you bring its HP to 0.

Platinum no, the incels are just mitsuo himself. Mitsuo’s shadow only cares about how deep down Mitsuo knows he’s nothing without the guise of being the killer. It’s honestly nothing like Mitsuo himself, but it’s boss form is a bit more like an incel since behind it’s armor it’s just a blabbering whining baby.
