AVOCADO TUNA SALAD INGREDIENTS:
►15 oz (or 3 small cans) tuna in oil, drained & flaked
►1 English cucumber
►1 small/med red onion, sliced
►2 avocados, diced
►2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
►Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
►¼ cup (1/2 bunch) cilantro, chopped
►1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
►⅛ tsp black pepper

Wow, this exceeded expectations! I thought the lemon would be too tart but it was actually perfect. So glad I tried as is (except had no red onions so used green and modified for 1 serving). So simple and healthy yet one of the best salads I've ever made. I'm making this again tomorrow it was that delicious! Thank you Natash, everything I've made from your recipes has been 10/10!

@@Natashaskitchen I have to use Albacore Solid White Tuna in water. Does it make a difference regarding using tuna in oil or water?. Salad looks delicious 😋.

careful getting too much tuna.. they have mercury in them naturally from living in the water and can be toxic if you eat too much balance is key

Thanks so much for this recipe, it was delicious. I did have to add lime because of the cilantro, to be able to enjoy this recipe, guess different taste buds. I also tried it a second time with sardines and roma tomato, when I ran out of tuna.

I am such a tuna lover. I was scrambling to find this recipe again and finally found it. This is the best avocado tuna salad recipe out there.
