@@Wissassin mine is a 2017 too. they should be identical. I don't think a head gasket would leak coolant to the outside of the engine. If you smell coolant when driving, you could have a head gasket leaking but internally. In that case coolant would get into the combustion chamber and the engine is actually burning coolant. But I would check your passenger foot well and see if the carpet is wet. On the passenger side is where the heater core is located/ right underneath your dash. Your heater core can develop a leak.

@HeikosGarage I checked this a.m and its dry even at connection through the firewall the smell is under the good only nothing in the vehicle should of stated that. Theres a hose on your overflow at the top where coolant would be pushed out if it was to full. I do not have that line. Where is yours routed ?

The long metal tube is a standard part I think I bought at Rock Auto.
