A strong but lean, V-shaped body is one of the most attractive physical features a man can have. It means having wide shoulders and big muscles at the top of your torso combined with a narrow waist and lower torso.

When carving out this specific body shape, your exercise program must be tailored specifically to target your upper and middle back and your shoulders.

I've got admit that it has been 2 years that I'Ve been following content n during those 2 past years my physic, training schedule, and the nutritoins aspect of it. Tbf, pull ups can be a bit challenging, especially for beginners of the workout or beginners in general, so an easier alternative would be to do rows for back muscles, especially the lats.

Incline presses , pull ups and lateral raises got me a V shape. Plus having naturally wide shoulders helps.

I got the vshape when I was a kid, I remember going to a physical therapist, he said I have the body of a boxer😂 , wide shoulders and small waist, I tried boxing during school sports festival but I didn't perform well😭, now I'm out of shape and now I'm trying to build my body back in shape.

I dropped carbs and eat more red meat until full. Big difference in gains for me. Excess Protein converts to glucose so large bolus of protein give the insulin required and provides the organs and muscle with glucose

For hypertropy it’s always recommended a range of 6-15 reps. That’s only a recommendation, coz the amount of reps is something very intuitive and subjective. Me personally, what worked for me is starting with a range of 10 reps. Then progressively adding reps or weight. Your first sessions can be used as a test. Using a challenging weight, not too heavy tho. The recommendation is that your last three reps should be quite challenging. Not necessarily to failure. You don’t need a ton of weight coz the idea would be to stimulate the muscle, not to pulverize it. The number of sets per week needed would be usually anywhere from 8 to 20 sets a week per muscle part.

​@batlevi2247 totally possible if you have great genetics, your 17, and have a strict workout and diet regiment plus have a huge protein intake and likely a personal trainer or a great knowledge of nutrition and exercise. Most people need 12 weeks to just see basic results though so this is definitely unlikely for most people but not impossible

@@KARKI_006 I go to gym 5 times a week my program Monday chest shoulder and bicep Tuesday back tricep and legs Wednesday rest day Thursday same program from Monday Friday same program from Tuesday Saturday up to you what program do you want but I prepare forearm and my abs as well Sunday restday

@@bekabeka71 do Push/Pull/Leg progran or Compound Program and do some research about diet. or eat some food that high on protein and reduce eating sugary,oily,junk foods... or try to research how to do the leaning bulking,calorie deficit and calorie surplus... it doesnt matter wether you lift heavy if your meal plan is incorrect according to your body. Its like You have a luxury car but you dont have a gas on it. its the same to workout.

Need to be hitting muscles twice a week. push (arms and back)/ pull(chest and triceps) / legs(with shoulders and maybe some arm isolation like preacher curls). rest/ repeat.@@bekabeka71

The issue with V shape is lack of power and strength, you will suck hard in powerlifting or doing any useful thing with ur muscles other than just taking pictures, i had a perfect V shape a decade ago, but when i started to work on my strength and powerlift my body changed to a more Tanky shape

I got my V tapper from genetics. Doesn’t matter how/what I train, the V shape always remains. #1 factor for V is pure body type/genetics

I don’t have that. My shoulders are crazy strong, and my delts pretty good, but my clavicles just aren’t that wide. There’s nothing I can do to change that, so I concentrate on things i CAN change.

The working out part is easy. To have a v shape is gonna all come down to waist and stomach and that’s all diet.

You can’t, unless your clavicle width to hip width allows that, so just stop, ok? Quit setting up false expectations in new, gullible athletes. Guys: you can make your shoulders appear a bit wider with good delts and fat-free waist, but the “V-shape” is mainly determined by genetics.
