When you’re trying to build muscle, it’s important to get enough protein to provide the required building blocks for protein synthesis. The protein should be spread across the day in 3-5 meals. So it’s often convenient to have some go to high protein snacks. Here are some tips to look out for when you’re building your list and some of my go to favourites.
