ocean eyes well figs for example need wasps for pollination. They are trapped and stay in the fruit which digests the wasp. Which makes it technically not vegan. But I think it’s a grey zone. I still eat them. And some fruits like apples are covered in bee wax for extra shine.

I NEED MOUNTAIN DEW RED depends on the vegan. Honey doesn’t come directly from Bee’s or Wasps it only involves the labor. Only hardcore vegans don’t eat honey

@@verdeschii It both comes from bees & involves their labor, just like cows with milk. There's a bunch of issues you can have with honey - honeybees being an invasive species in some places they are held (where wild insects already pollinate), harmful uncontrollable neophytes being introduced by beekeepers because they grow quicker etc. There's so many honey-like things with interesting flavor to choose from, like dandelions and pears etc. which are made quicker, easier and without these issues

Honey is product of bee labour..organic veg's are a product of bee's labour..we are not eating the bees!

yeah but bees are directly farmed to get honey 100 percent of the time, for veg the bees can be naturally living. also ive heard other types of bees like bumblbees are actually better pollinators than honey bees

I have just made the vegan chili. I didn't have firm tofu so I used soya mince instead, and I added some yellow bell pepper. This is my new favourite on my vegan day. Thanks!

I hate when people criticize vegans, y’know vegans are the ones actually making efforts toward the planet’s health and their own, I am not vegan yet, but I plan to start in June when I don’t have school, to support more than 10 billion people we must go vegetarian at least preferably vegan, that land mark is coming up in most of our lifetimes so chop chop humanity!

Rhys nah man plants have like 10% of the carbon footprint that meat has and are hundreds of times more efficient to produce as well as to get many of the foods we eat we don’t kill the plant sooner that natural death unlike meat we often kill animal young so their meat tastes better

vegan chili is one of my fave meals.. its awesome and really simple to make, full of veggies and protein. its really good when i melt cheese on top and eat it kind of like a dip with corn chips. im just veg so the cheese is real :)

Haha I just paused the video to make a comment about the honey, but I see many already did that for me. I usually use maple syrup when I'm doing a tofu stir fry. That lentil loaf looks so good though!

most vegans don't eat honey because it is an animal product. I agree with you there (I'm not vegan but I am vegetarian and have a dairy allergy so often eat vegan stuff anyway)

just a suggeztion since in all yiur videos you always put the food and spices in a baking tray without any nonstick baking sheet. in my head i'm like, "it's gonna be a hard time to clean that thing." so next time, use some non-stixk baking sheet so that it'll be easier to clean the bakimg tray and your going to save the quality in the long run! unless, that's not your goal lool

Y’all are more concerned with whether honey is vegan when there’s literally buffalo sauce in one of the recipes, which has butter. Much less of a grey area
