What do you do when you use that open liner “do you have any objection if I hop up for a quick inspection?“ and they automatically say “sorry, we aren’t interested” or say that before you even get to that part?

GREAT question. That's tough to answer for a variety of reasons: 1) How competitive is your market 2) How saturated is your neighborhood 3) How good is your pitch at the door? 4) What is YOUR average knock --> inspection rate? 5) What is YOUR average inspection --> close rate? You'll want to engineer your plan to factor in the specifics. But to be conservative until you start collecting your own data -- figure 60 doors per sale. Some folks that I've trained average 1 sale every 5-10 doors. While rookies can hit 100 doors and go home empty handed. So 60 is a good start :)
