Love the weekly vlog Joe and the Ghibli review was superb, honesty always goes well! Bet it sells next week! What is the Tango liquid referred to by the valeters? A vlog about the cleaning and preparation products would be good too! You never ever seem to see those in the trade using the big name products!

I agree with the Yas Marina blue colour in terms of liking it and hating it. 🤣🤣 The photo area/handover area looks amazing. Happy Belated Birthday Dan. Doesn't surprise me that the person who caused the crash decided to try and claim, it wouldn't also surprise me that, he probably used a no-win no no-fee solicitors. That Volvo does look amazing, wasn't sure if the cars you brought from chops would be in this video or next week's weekly video. I have always loved the Alfa Romeo Giulia. Happy Easter Joe and team.

Another cracking weekly edition guys,the lighting looks nice to look at but I think the reflection on the cars spoils it personally,good to Jordan in and working,at the end you said the micra was Honda but obviously its Nissan just wanted to point that out as shows I was listening as my missus always say I don't listen😬🤣👍

Cracking video as always lads! Especially love the part with the sausage and mash. Toby must be gutted they're finally getting rid of the Alpha Romeo though! To be honest the NFU are pretty fair, and I'm sure they will pay for the cars etc., however your poor customer is the one who may need long term care etc., so I'm sure that this will be in the hands of the underwriters as its likely to go above a certain level.

The service record for the M3 will be on the iDrive. BMW haven’t had hard copy service records on their cars since the F80 3,F10 5 etc. generation of cars.

Demon shine is the most common brand, but Halfords do their own in a 5ltr bottle which is much cheaper. It works just as well. It makes washing cars so much quicker!

Another good bit of entertainment for a boring Easter Sunday. 2 questions.......Whats the tango? Is that made by Chrome? Also, why did they take a transporter and a trailer to collect the Alfa when didn't need a trailer? Is it in case both cars have problems when you collect? Keep it up, always enjoyable. No key car from Bradford, oh dear, I used to buy dvla seizures and meet the key guy at the auction, he'd do me say 5 keys, tbh most cars were knackered and owners just let them be seized, key guy wouldn't tell me if they were OK until I'd paid him(!)

I had this years ago, an old woman reversed into my van and offered me £50 for the damage as it was only a van. I said no I would like to go through the insurance, decided against claiming in the end as there was some damage already that the insurance company wanted me to pay to have done at their rates. Thought nothing of it till I renewed my insurance at which point they told me they had paid out for her damages, not happy at the time to say the least.

Yes except, the insurance company will still load you and charge you more as you have claimed.
