What I actually found fascinating about the 2nd one is that this Elvis scene was really the best of the film. And I don't mean that in a funny way. TC2 was alright but this guitar playing scene showed how important it is in horror to write characters you care about.

I'd actually love to see a movie where a house or hotel was haunted by the ghosts of Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and any other late kings or queens of music genres. A horror parody or something where they don't want to scare anyone, just make them constantly break out into song and dance numbers. That would at least be way more interesting than these crappy jumpscare fests.
