Great stuff. You should put these vids together in a playlist "Tale of a Topbar Hive" or something :) Looks like that Eco-floor needs a couple of legs or props to hold it in position.

Phil, thank you for making so many videos to help other beekeepers. I will be getting a swarm from a friend soon and the bees have started making comb inside the swarm trap. What is the best way to transfer the comb to the top bars?

Phil thank you so much for all the free information it is very appreciated! I have had a swarm installed this afternoon by a local beekeeper and am a total beginner. Shortly after it started raining, he advised me to feed them syrup because of the rain and because the temperature had dropped a little. Do you think I could put a plastic container with syrup at one end or maybe just in front of the follower board as a quick solution?? I do not have the feeder built yet! I listened to them and they seem to be settling in well. Thank you!!

No frames, will draw comb on the top bar barrier?

Can I just buy a queen and put her straight into a top bar hive

Phil , none of your Links to free download Plans to make a top bar hive or to Lulu seem to work, maybe is my laptop but I have tried several times. Great videos x
