I wasn't a kpop fan back then when I used to listen to these two songs...I just found them after a friend talked about kpop while we were talking They were different from what I used to listen to and their voice production was very interesting for me.. I also liked how their MVs were colourful back then and all the hair dyes and stuff. Really wish that comes back.. After sliding in kpop I also loved stay and lovesick girls like that was so catchy really

I am also happy on how BLINKS, stayed strong also. The #BLACKPINKDISBAND really affected blinks. Blinks did get hurt. Blinks got called “problematic, most toxic fandom,” and so much more. I’m not saying BLINKS are saints at all, but BLINKS did try to apologise for the mess blonks caused. Blonks did say some horrible things, but trending #BLACKPINKDISBAND was not it, blackpink does have social media. Imagine how BLACKPINK felt while looking at this? Many fandoms sent them death threats, r@ping accusations with YG, saying they slept with YT and YG to be that successful. Each member has gone through hardships, Lisa getting insulted for her race, learn Korean, rosé needing to go far away from Australia, Jennie needing to stay strong when she got dragged for false rumours even before debut, jisoo had also been insulted as a “talentless visual” Jennie got hit the hardest. Her privacy of dating got invaded, she literally got hate for breathing, Tae following her, and stuff like that. I am so happy they came this far. They deserve EVERY AMOUNT of their success. I mean I hate how they're managed and how they're promoted as models more than artists and it one of the reasons I can't Stan the group truly but it kinda helped with their marketing... It gave the members an impact outside of the music industry which offered them good opportunities like all the events they attend and all the collabs they make with brands and so.. The fact that they have few songs also helped with their streaming stuff ngl... And the girls themselves seem to be having towards passion towards fashion and modelling and enjoying it soo...
