How do I brew my oolong tea?
The intangible aspects include a simple flower arrangement and my favourite incense. They will create a lovely atmosphere, plus incense burning reminds me of how time flies.
The tangible aspects include the setting and the brewing T.R.I.P. for oolong tea. I list the details in the video.

Oolong is also credited with being the most fragrant of all teas, still redolent with the freshness of a green leaf, but having undergone enough fermentation to carry deeper notes than green can muster.

Hi Edward, I like the way you showed us how you brew oolong teas without words, just by visual means. Sometimes a nice image or video can say more than many, many words :-) Just one question, don't you find the incense a bit distracting? Or you burn it some time before sitting down for the tea session?

Thanks for watching and comment on this. I appreciate it. As to incense, it could be distracting. But a natural one isn't very strong but helps purify the air and creates a soothing atmosphere. Plus, personally I like the combination of the incense burning smell and tea, though it is not pure. Haha just me.

Burning it some time before having tea is better if you find the incense is too strong or too distracting. Another solution is to burning it with some distance apart from the tea site. The "seeming" smell is ideal. (Can you understand my English?)

Edward. A very well done video. I got about half way through it and couldn't resist stopping it and going to my tea station and brewing a batch of Spring 2000 Aged Tieguanyin Oolong. I really like that teapot, where can I get one?

I like the teapot too. It is a masterpiece that won quite a few prizes in Yixing. I can order for you directly from the artist in Yixing. Mostly this artist costomizes for his clients.
