Some elite bodybuilders, praise, high reps, while others praise going heavy, training once per week, training 2-3x per week, etc. It really just comes down to consistency, progressive overload, adequate rest and adequate nutrition. I’ve been training for 22 years, name it, I’ve done it. At 5’9”, consuming 6000 cal per day, I could never break 185 pounds without gear. It’s consistent hard work and genetics. Period!

You can absolutely track growth. Arm day for me is 3 different types of curls and extensions 1 set to absolute failure every week. When you can rep that weight 10 times, go up 5lbs. You should see a 10% increase in all lifts in reps at a minimum provided you give yourself enough rest between workouts. I do chest and back, legs and arms with upper and lower abs mixed in those two workouts each week. In 10 months I've increased about 70lbs in working weight(not 1RM) pretty much across the board. I do all of this with no roids or GNC. 1 SET of each exercise to absolute failure, 3 days between workouts.

It’s easIER. Bodybuilding period is not easy, but gear is definitely taking a shortcut at the cost of your health, balls, hairline, gyno, etc.

Hard work and chemical enhancement. Make sure you tell people that hammering their arms without gear won't get 20 inch arms

Nothing makes natural bodybuilders happier than someone thinking they're on roids. Right? 😀 Your physique is mind blowing, man. Keep it up!

@@seanfitznessI take your word for it that you’re natty but if you’re lying your scummy and should be ashamed of yourself. That would just be so pathetic though that I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.

@wookiewarrior he's not natural. It is scummy because lots of people will put the work in in the gym, but the work in with food, not get the results and get disheartened. Body building is very openly full of steroids, and I've way more respect for the guys that openly admit that they're on gear so people can set their expectations more realistically

@krisflynn9171 "the fact that something seems impossible shouldn't be a reason not to pursue it. That's exactly what makes it worth persuing" if your disheartened by it you have a weak mindset in the first place.

I recommend short rests between sets for Bi's and Tri's, they can take a hammering that's for sure! Try 30 seconds.
