To all trying this workout, it's hard at first and it's feels like you just wanted to give up. But please don't give up. Once you get used to doing this every other day, you can feel that you can do more like 5 times a week. I've been doing this workout since 3 months ago. It's worth it!

@@kieramazmi8141 Just listen to what your body needs, if you have enough energy for another round go for it but if you're too exhausted then stop. Everybody is different.

i was doing chloe ting for so long and saw results but it took forever, i started doing this 5 days a week and i can already see change in two weeks. this workout also makes me feel sore which is how i know its actually working, thank you

@@AlyraLee Same her workout just don't suit me, I did it for like 3-4 months but sadly none of the workouts worked on me.. but ye it really helped me to get fitter!

@@-FairyGodMother- thank you! the only thing i did was restrict sugary drinks like soda and juice (i still drank coffee tho lol) and it reduced fat but also built up muscles that grew my butt

I find chloe ting’s workouts really unorganized tbh. It’s like she thinks of an exercise then dumps them altogether. And yup, it didn’t work for me too I did it religiously for about 3 months. Just helped prevent my stomach from bloating but no abs as advertised (and I don’t eat much too)

This is the only workout I’ve ever done that actually lifted up my butt and gave it a nice shape, and it’s only been a couple days. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a perkier, rounder butt, maybe not to make it bigger but I find shape to be more of a priority personally. I’m definitely going to keep doing it, likely adding bands later on because I can feel my body getting used to the exercises. Thank you so much for this video, and to everyone else taking this on don’t give up!!

Highly recommended. I've been doing this for 3 months already. I am satisfied with the results. I just need to continue doing this. I also added squats. My legs and butt burn like hell but hell yeah i love it.

@@marla8693during the first week, i only did it for 3 times because i was still not used to it back then my legs hurts so bad. After that week, my legs were already okay so i tried doing it for 4 times a week. When i felt that i'm getting used to it, i tried doing it for 5 times a week. As days pass by, i could feel that i'm getting better at it and it became part of my daily routine.

I have tried different booty workouts because I have “thick” legs but flat bum. I feel like you know when something is working out for you. I have tried chloe ting’s, daisy keech and Pamela Reif, but I think this one works the best for me, I can actually see the “pump” after doing it Update: I did it back and fort a few times due to school But generally my booty looks “rounder” like mode toned up? Not really bigger because I haven’t been consistent, but I started this week again and did it 3 times, personally my butt looks rounder (not bigger, but maybe if I stick with it, it will?) I really like this work out the best, I hope I’ll stay consistent!

This routine seems similar to Romee Strijd's glute workout - I used to do it often, to the point it was easy enough that I would add ankle weights. Paired with a healthy but balanced diet, it really does give your legs a nice shape, allowing you to lose some fat without getting too flat, keeping some nice tone. So I would recommend this workout, I cannot wait to give it a try!! ☺️

@say sorry for breathing hyunjins air yes, it won't get bigger! You can only really gain fat or muscle if you are in a calorie surplus or using heavy weights. With a workout like this, and eating a balanced amount, you shouldn't need to worry about it ☺️

@@-FairyGodMother- fat loss has to do with diet, your muscle or making it look more toned will be a result of the exercise. It's really a balance of diet and exercise to achieve your desired shape and body composition ☺️

I’ve been doing this workout for a week now and I can already see a bit of progress. It’s also helped with my lower back pain. Before I start, I do glute activation exercises with a band and I usually do the workout itself with ankle weights. I think my biggest tip would be to drink a protein smoothie immediately after finishing this workout. :)

Similar to my Daisy Keech routine but I see I could add straight leg lifting elements to it plus bridge side bounce, so thank You for the idea for adding more variation to it. Yes, most of these work nicely. If one adds ankle weights, works even better. Easy at home routine.

Its only been a few days and i saw results, i didnt go on any diet, i just ate nomrally. I saw a difference! It totally shaped my butt and made it bigger. I reccomend this workout!

Just an updated...so i've been doing this since last week and im suprised that this workout is on the next level... there is no diet or anything! Update after I got used to this workout I did her other 17 mins hip dip workout and my butt has really become more plump and lifted! When I put on jeans that I haven’t worn in a while, it was tighter around my butt

I found it easy to engage all the muscles while following along to this routine... I used to be in great shape but lost it over the last couple years. This definitely works the muscles but wasn't strenuous to follow. I just did the first workout today and will be continually using this routine to help get back in shape. Haha honestly the only part of me I could never figure out how to build muscle in was the rear end so, this is a first for me where I feel confident I'll be able to. 너무 감사해요 !

Nice quick routine to have, thank you for sharing. But I personally would prefer to have the following to better guide me through these exercises: #1. List all the exercises and timings in the beginning of the video #2. Show a preview of each exercise prior to the next exercise. #3. Add a count down for resting too. And a sound to count down of exercise when it's finishing. I kept looking up to check the time.

Highly recommend this, it works so well! I can see the change in just three days. I don't know if anyone also has the same problem, but it's like my squeezed peach (the dents of side butt) finally becoming the fresh plump peach!

During hip thrusts, back should not be arched like hers. Back should be touching the ground and you thrusts up from bottom to top( groin up first then back up last). If you guys want a challenge use resistant bands once this gets too easy.

i will do it every other day day 1: it was kinda hard bc i didn't exercise for like a week and my legs for 2/3 weeks, when i was giving up she finished lol day 2: hi, i didn't do yesterday bc i was busy, but man, when i woke up after i did this exercises, my legs were SO SORE. I did this and now im tired, im doing this with vicky's tiny waist workout. i saw some results since the first time i did, my butt was more defined and still, sill not bigger but it's a great result for 2 days of workout. btw i love seeing her suffer with us lmfaooo

I enjoyed the workout however, it would be beneficial to put in beeps so that you know when to change exercises instead of creating bad form when trying to see how much time there is left. It’s helpful to have and would go a lot more smoother as the person doing your workout. 👍🏼

Love this workout!! I can really feel the burn in my glutes after doing Chloe ting I feel this burning more, I still love Chloe ring she has helped me sooo much. But this workout burns ten outa ten love it!

Comecei a fazer no dia 09.02.22. Uma semana hoje que comecei. Faço 3 vezes na semana. Volto no dia 09.03.22 para contar o resultado 💪 Gente, aumentou glúteos 1 cm e isso é um bom resultado para um mês. Agora terei que mudar os exercícios pois o músculo acostuma e não fará mais efeito. É sempre bom ir alternando a cada mês. Com certeza voltarei a fazer estes exercícios no futuro.

Doing this for 15 days! :) Start: so before all this my measurements are: 80.5 cm and 40.20kg . Day 1:✅ BARELY MADE IT TO 8 MINUTES lmao I gave up bc it hurt so bad. Day2:✅ I made it to 9 minutes lol but this time I didn’t have to pause as much. Day3:✅ I made it to 10 Minutes YAYY,but overall this still burns like HELL on day 3 and I noticed a slight change in my hip to butt area. Day4:❌ rest day. Day5:✅ I know I haven’t been online for over a month 😔 so I took a pretty big break lol but this time I did it I FINISHED IT WITH RESISTANCE BANDS and when I tell you I was so sore that I thought my butt was about to fall off 💀 but anywho it was amazing to get back (I’ll keep updating this time )

I do this workout plus the abs on the beach I absolutely LOVE because they are low impact workouts unlike pamela reif and chloe ting they are too demanding (I have very sensitive knees). ¡Thanks for the content! ♥️

this is a good workout! I can see results after 3 weeks, doing it every other day, but the lying down excersices give me back pain, so I skip those and do a stretching break in the meantime. thank you!

I did this last Sunday and this week on Thursday and results starting appearing today i just did it one more time today and i'm so happy to find this video...it cause a very terrible muscle pain but it's really successful and the pain is what brings success

Would recomend adding dynamic streches for 5min before and a booty boost that last 5-10min to get even better results

THIS WORKOUT KILLING ME but I love it cause I can feel the burn and I do this workout like 3 times a week I think this is my third week? (I didn't do my workout routine like regularly) and my hips is getting wider like those girl I've seen a lot on Pinterest and I love it. but for butt, I don't think this work enough for me and I just do this workout for my hips
