I've been in your shoes regarding divorce...sometimes...it is for the best for both parties..and it 's not all a really bad thing....it was an amicable separation as you said. I think the word you were looking for instead of exhilarating is elation. I felt that when I filed for divorce myself because the stress over the years leading up to it came to a close and all the energy my then husband and I spent on trying to not divorce failed. It happens and it's perfectly normal to feel that way. It's neither a happy nor sad feeling; you just feel more energy because all that energy you spent before is free and can now be redirected to the future and what you want to do. It's almost like you feel weightless and be forewarned this feeling is temporary. Thank god you have a support system because it's very rough without one.

Little behind on things. My last week of the year I kind of disconnect and recharge. Coming back it's still hard to see you talk about the divorce, man such a shocker! I think this was a good video to put up, some of us probably started thinking Francis was taking over to help compensate for the emotional roller coaster you were on. Then again you pointed it out, you've been dealing with this a lot longer. And a lot of us probably didn't noticed until you said something, and started seeing you "in that light". Man keep up the good work. Sure the surgery is going to force you to be good about things, but mind over matter. Hopefully you find a new doctor that is on a better wavelength with you, and you keep going to have someone keep you in check. Sure everyone around you can be someone you talk to, but you need a professional keeping tabs to make sure there isn't something bad coming to really throw you off the rails! Stay cool, and AWESOME to hear about the pushup stream! Man, you got a ton of good and bad going on... but I love the attitude, 2018 the year for rebuild!!!!

it's hard to go through divorce, and it's hard to change old habits into new ones. change is terrifying especially when one person you cared about the most leaves the picture. I've went through one divorce of a relationship of 6 years and now I'm going through a break up right now from a relationship of 4 years and it has put a huge toll on me.. unfortunately I don't have a very good support system but your videos and videos made from Mark, Defranco, and some others help distract me from my depressed thoughts and allow me to recollect myself once again. it is a hard road but never give up either ♡

Thank you for this update. It is so good to see you doing well- emotionally, mentally, and physically. You are an encouragement even for those of us (or at least me) who haven't been through all you have been through in such a short period of time. To know that even with depression, we CAN keep going.

Just 2 things boog you are the one person that can make you a better you. I love that you said the therapists isn't working for you or at least that one isn't. It's not something that everyone needs and hell a lot of the time they make matters worse so Number 1 ask yourself "What kind of life do you want for yourself?" You only have one and only you can decide what or how that will be. Now the second thing is this the people that are out there trying to catch you fail are only doing that because they are failing somewhere in their own lives and need justification that someone else is failing to. Don't let that person be you and ignore any public opinion because first and foremost you are human before you are our entertainer and it's ok not to please everyone good luck my man and any time you want an ear give me a shout out bud you can figure out how to do that. I hope you make the best of your one and only life buddy. I know you can actually.

Good for you Boogie - enjoy watching you and getting your take on various issues. My husband has sort of a go-to meal that is easy and keeps him trim. He buys tortillas / wraps and makes them with rice, refried beans (sometimes grilled chicken), and salsa or hot sauce. You can add veggies or other types of sauce. Quick and simple, filling, and inexpensive. Best of luck to you in 2018!

Hey... Just wanted to say that finding your channel helped me through a very difficult time last year when I was having health problems with my voice and couldn't speak at all for three months. You are open and honest and caring and it made a big difference when I was isolated in a room of an apartment with my problems to know that people are out there who are working through life in a brave manner even when life gets very difficult. Thank you for being you, and stay strong through this newest challenge. Can't control where life goes, but can stay centered and determined to ride it out and be yourself. Lots of love, and will be watching the channel and cheering for you every step of the way.

I’ve just come out of a 2 and a half year relationship with my ex-girlfriend and I know exactly how your feeling, I’m only 2 weeks into being alone so I’m experiencing all the depression, anger and anxiety which is really hard for me but, like you’ve said, surrounding myself with people that love me and are there for me is the best thing you could do in dealing with something like this, your a massive inspiration for me because I need that someone there that I can take 15 mins to listen to and it helps so thank you soo much for being you!!!!!

Boogie, I know you are depressed, have history of suicidal tendencies, and severe anxiety (just like me) and I know how vicious divorces can get. Some women are extremely cruel and I'm sure your soon to be ex-wife is not making this divorce easy...just hold your head up and fight to keep everything you have!!! You can do it without her!!! I'm glad to hear about your support circle. I'm very happy to hear that you're not staying in bed all day (I've been staying in bed for about 2 weeks now, and depression swings get so tough, but I'm also unemployed and have no income, which is a hopeless situation, so I've made, what's HUGE to people like me and you, the big step of getting out of bed for a couple hours everyday to get onto my computer and apply for jobs!). Anyways, please stay strong and allow your support structure to help you when they offer!!! There WILL be a time in the future when they stop coming around and that will be very hard.
