Shantanuji is doing a great service in giving proper frameworks, identification of issues, prioritization, SWAT, process modification and delivery metrics - this is done at a MASSIVE scale leading to grassroot improvements. We need this to be replicated - with proper localization - to the Ganges belt to start with, the backward areas of Orissa, Chatthisharg, the Red corridor etc and all other states. Abhinavji, this method is worth taking to the academic fora and taught as a course to train our youth. My bumble suggestion. As usual thank you to Shantanuji and Abhinavji !!We would welcome many more such discussions.

Look I appreciate the work done by UP govt under Yogiji but I appreciate the work of Arvind Kejriwal transformation of schools and hospitals and I personally benefited from it. You should and must support BJP government work but at the same time, you should also appreciate the work done by Arvind Kejriwal. Don't be biased at your analysis

Kajju Does Only Propaganda through Advertising. It's Advertisement Aamdani Party. Nothing else. That Free wala has Ruined Delhi. Even in Assam Education is completely free upto 12th and Books are also Free. Moreover, Delhi severely struggled during Covid Despite of so much Funds by Indian Govt and having Huge infrastructure where Assam didn't despite very low funds provided.

Comparing Delhi with UP is not correct. Kejriwal fine tuned the policies and development whereas UP is underdeveloped and now only things are becoming bright under Yogi.

Main UP se hu aur itna sab kuchh achha nahi chal raha hai UP mein jitna ye bata rahe hain. Pahle se theek hai kuchh cheezein par paisa ab bhi bolta hai yaha aur hamesha bolega. Dusri baat ki gundagardi keval mafiyao ki nahi hoti, vipakshi party ke mafia bhale dheeme pad gaye hain lekin BJP ke mafia gunde aur sabse bade toh Sarkari Adhikariyon Policewalo ki gundagardi abhi keval badhi hi hai. Reh ke dekh lo khud b khud pata chal jaega

All requirements should be mentioned in 1/2 pgs only Even for contractual staff make it 5yrs instead of 11 months renewal In case of outsourcing, the group head can show goondaism over a period of time, it is like encouraging middle men Govt should employ and assign a particular area responsibility (cleanliness, teaching , doctory, law-and-order, etc,. ) to every individual and monitor if those employees are working properly or not, instead of generalising the work, and changing area of responsibility now and then,… Why do you think VC post is for 4yrs , so that they can function better ; same thoughts can be used here as well;

बकवास बकवास बकवास, upsssc से निकली एक भी वैकेंसी जो बीजेपी की ही सरकार ने निकली पूरी नहीं कर पाई। यहां तक कि अखिलेश सरकार में निकली वैकेंसी की भी आज तक कोई परीक्षा नहीं कर पाई। अभिनव सर आप खुद पता कर सकते हैं।

Satya kaha mitr is mamle mein up govt kuch khaas nhi kr payi h. Bus UPPSC ki bharti mein tezi aayi aur jaatiwaad interview mein kam hua lekin. Baaki department mein bharti nhi aayi. Uppcl ae, Lmrc am bhi 2 saal se ruki h
