For real.... they are the type of people that go to the gym for years and look the exact same and blame it on the fact that they don't take steroids 😂 and that's why they can't push themselves like that. Any exercise will make you breath heavy when you put 110% effort into a set and have the mind muscle connection that Sam does

How many sets should i take to failure in one week lets say cheast or bi?

@@Elias-pn9hs For me, I train chest 3 times per week, doing 4 sets per session. I only go to failure on the last set per session, that would be 3 sets per week going to failure. The rest of the sets I leave 1-2 reps in reserve.

I do about 20 working sets per gym visit but that’s cuz I try to incorporate my cardio and weightlifting together by going light weight but fast pace. Not super light that I can finish 10 without a burn but enough weight that my muscles are burning. Count to 45sec and go again. By the time I complete my workout, my muscles feel like jello but I’m not lifting for size, just strength and conditioning and staying ripped.

It's good advice, honestly. Most of the science backs this up for naturals. But all advice should be taken with a grain of salt.

Sam sulek is gonna be soon participating in Mr. Olympia you all are gonna remember me saying this. The way he is looking its just a matter of time until he gets invited to Mr. Olympia and wins it... This guy is a role model to follow as i am barely starting to work out he is totally focused in the gym and his motivation is phenomenal

@alexk5907 Thats definitely a contributing factor, but I'm 6'1 240 lbs and on gear and I don't breathe heavily. Unless im working out hard, of course.

I do always around 20-26 workingsets for body part.. legs(quads and hams) , Back, chest and shoulders..while Triceps go around 12-13 sets and Biceps around 10-12.
