Hmm, depends on the type of cinnamon. Generally cinnamon has some health benefits, but too much of “cassia” cinnamon could be harmful because of coumarin content.

I’m obsessive about dental hygiene but also have autoimmune problems. Every time I go to the dentist they tell me about this great new invention called flossing lol. It’s unfortunate but genetics are all the more reason to try because I’d rather have someone explain flossing to me for the millionth time than be getting oral surgery. Like, with your genetics you think it’s bad now? Imagine what it would be like if you didn’t try at all.
