Just stopping by to say thanks so much! I accidentally found this video. Then I saved it. Then I subscribed. And then I actually did this for my table saw! Love it! For anyone else who is thinking of this, I got 4" T-hinges at Harbor Freight for $.99 each. Then I bought Harbor Freight's smallest mover's dolly for $7.99. I took the mover's dolly apart and used the 4 casters. Total cost for me was $11.95. I love it! Thanks!! (note: 1 mistake that I made was installing the hinges onto the wood without giving the hinges enough space to fully bend backwards. The wood was preventing that. I don't know how to explain it. Anyway, unless you have a lot of experience, I recommend first installing the hinges, to the wood, with only 1 screw *then do a test flex with the hinge to make sure it bends all the way back* THEN install the remaining screws and secure. This was my fault and no fault to the awesome instruction in the video. As for screws, having self-tapping screws for the metal was a great idea!)

I like it! The only thing I'd want to change is to have the wheels fold to the inside because of a trip hazard. ( I can be clumsy! ) I would imagine there would need to be a block of wood to fill the inset of the legs so the flip out boards would be flush.

Well that's the simplest set up I've seen yet and it's all that's needed for a small light table saw. Think I'll put this on mine tomorrow. Thanks for the great simple idea.

I have a similiar saw and a small garage with not a lot of extra space. I like moving my saw outside as well so I don't create a big mess inside. I've been racking my brain trying to think of the best way to add casters... I think this is what I'm going to do. Thank you so much for sharing. Subscribed!

Just saw this video, grabbed the wheels and brackets and banged it out in about 15 mins.. works great and is stupid simple yet functional. I used it for my small tacklife 10" table saw. Thanks

Thanks - I used locking casters and welded a block to the legs. DID’NT like it - would still move with casters locked- you’re idea is so much better thanks a lot

What was the metal thing called he chose to add the wheels to calked?

Would you happen to have a hinge recommendation? I don't have a ton of experience with hinges, and want to make sure I get something that will fold all the way back on itself, and not break under the weight of the saw - without spending a fortune.
