To you reading this Jesus can help with whatever problems, hardships, and issues you have. Believe in him He came to save us also turn from your sins repent which is changing your life to follow the way of God and not your way, your way will lead you into a pit of despair I know it, my way lead me in a pit , but Jesus rescued me and he can rescue you. He can grant a peace and joy unfelt, and be your closest friend always there, This is the gospel Jesus Christ, son of God, died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. After he went to his tweleve disciples and many others before ascending into heaven eternally triumphant over all his enemies and making it so that there is now no condemnation for sin to all those who believe, but only everlasting joy. theyre not substandard officers or deputies that nobody wants lol they just dont have as many homicides as the major metropolitan areas do. Homicide rates are proportional to population density. So rural areas focus more on crime scene preservation and evidence collection that is sent to the state crime lab for analysis. But let's see the NYPD or LAPD pit a stolen Challenger during a 100mph high speed pursuit on the interstate in heavy traffic like them good ol boys down in Arkansas or Georgia. Wouldn’t the reason be the 4th amendment?
@Zardreth715
@Zardreth715 10 ай бұрын
@@whiteperson1742explain how? From my understanding it actually protects you, it's not invasive and you can't be physically tracked with it. All the DNA sample does is either places you at the crime scene or not. Putting your DNA in the system yourself can save you potentially months of freedom thanks to remand laws. Let's say you were accused of sexual assault, a delay at the lab because of a backup of some kind, until all the evidence is gathered, to solidify your prison sentence, you are held in remand if you can't afford bail. If you willingly put your DNA in the system instead of waiting potentially months being falsely incarcerated you can inform them that it's already in the system all they need to do is match it. Yet the government does get your DNA regardless, this is a breach of privacy, those ancestry databases are used all the time to catch rapists, murderers and high profile thieves. If anyone directly related to you within 7 generations or closer than 5th cousin has done that ancestry testing, you can be hit with familial DNA. There are no laws preventing law enforcement from acting on that either. Is it worth law enforcement ripping apart your family over familial DNA just to try and build a profile on you? Is it worth saving yourself potentially months of freedom just for giving a DNA sample. Or like every other country is it the smart thing to do in an ever evolving world to rely on the words of a bunch of men who are literally dumber than kindergarteners now. That's why every democratic country with a voting system should do referendum voting to update constitutional rights. It also limits corruption growth in political parties. Severely limits it, makes it so they are held accountable to the general population.

Regarding the DNA issues mentioned: As someone with degrees in criminology and forensic science and worked in that area the police work in this film is so insanely frustrating. There’s a good reason why police don’t take DNA from everyone and you mentioned it unintentionally by bringing up the weeks or months it could take to identify the body. It’s because there’s already so, so much backup in labs when it comes to DNA and there has to be a triage system in place to prioritise certain cases. DNA processing can take months to two years (or even longer) depending on the situation. They can take DNA under certain circumstances, but it’s quite complex as to when and why they can take it without permission, if they require a warrant (if permission is refused), or if they can’t even get a warrant and all they can do is ask permission. That’s partially why they sometimes resort to obtaining it through discarded items like coffee cups or rubbish. That’s much rarer than it is in the movies, though. You’d be shocked how many people voluntarily give DNA samples even when they’re guilty. It’s a law put in place to protect people, such as the ability to refuse certain other police requests like being able to walk out of an interview unless you’re under arrest, or refusing to do other things without a warrant like a search or giving them your electronics. It might seem crazy, but if you consider the sheer number of people going through the system and that most aren’t violent offenders it makes sense they don’t just store the DNA of any person who is arrested. It would just further overwhelm an extremely overburdened system that’s focused on trying to give priority to the most urgent cases and even that means a lot of people get hurt or evade justice. CODIS, the national database, is already a massive system and they have to have a legal reason to compel DNA, it’s not that they just can’t be bothered doing it. It’s just going to clutter up the system if they compel take DNA based on little to no evidence that the person is involved. Even prisoners have rights, and that means they can deny requests for DNA and unless there’s a strong enough reason to be granted a warrant, they can’t do it. Even when they technically could but don’t it’s usually because they’re doubtful of involvement or because they’re already serving extremely long sentences (which I only agree with in the case of lesser crimes purely so it doesn’t clog up the system, but I don’t like it). It would also be pretty invasive considering plenty of people are arrested and then let go because they were found to have not committed any offence, or for simple things they do as dumb young people. Considering contamination happens and police corruption exists, I think the current system is about the best they’re capable of right now. There are a lot of circumstances where DNA is automatically collected, and it’s from the people you’d want it collected from. Now forensic genealogy is becoming more widespread they can actually circumvent DNA collection if they already have suspect DNA available (such as fluids left at a crime scene) and see if they can track them down through their relatives’ profiles on sites like 23 and Me. In the future hopefully other tools like this will assist in assembling DNA matches when the system is otherwise unable to compel a sample to be given. I do think laws should be tightened somewhat regarding who is compelled to provide DNA though, but only under pretty specific circumstances.

So many horror movies would be ended immediately by guys like us. A zombie outbreak? Ar 16" barrel and a couple cases of m193 while you camp a rooftop. I guess that's why in those movies the people always use a low cap gun like a shotgun or revolver and shoot for the stomach. It may not be as scary, but it would be cool to see a movie where the heroes quickly mop up the monsters and build a defensive position with food and gear and actually win

Personally, IMO they should have done this instead. Christina was in fact the killer, do too her trauma and Stockholm syndrome she developed a split personality disorder were in some cases she Christina and Caulfield. A sort of Jekyll and Hyde situation if you will, and that do to the cops investigating Caulfield they did not realized the truth. As Jamie doing his own independent investigation learns that the real Caulfield had recently past away and that do the town paranoia people did not realized or get the memo they are dealing with a copy-cat killer. An Jamie learns Christina is sending letter to the late Caulfield, and surmised that when Christina learned of Caulfield's passing. That she probably had a mental breakdown and develop a Caulfield personality as a sort of sick coping mechanism for her, starting the killings in town.

Jamie's character should be arrested for impersonating a police officer. Then, the real cops would be sent and have this mess sorted out. I mean, the dude can larp and cosplay all he wants, but there is a limit to the suspension of disbelief of a sane audience. No wonder that people who try to cosplay as Ronald Reagan don't get the keys to the White house handed to them by default. There is such thing as a proper police procedure, which describes everything - from securing a crime scene, to inspecting strange looking places and apprehension of suspects. These movies are so hell-bent on pushing some sort of nonsensical larp as "police work", that it should be insulting to the entire human race. Even the iconic Dirty Harry was pretty dumb, compared to a run of the mill police officer, which is abundantly depicted in the DH series. But the impostor in this movie, - he is next level. Maybe it all was just an elaborate attempt to reenact some cops-n-robbers scenario that he didn't get to play as a child?!

What an extremely poor written movie. None of what went on in this movie would ever happen like this in real life. So this adds to to the list of the terrible movies that have been made in the past few years.
