Today we'll be learning how to breathe correctly when performing weightlifting exercises.
Just like running, learning proper breathing techniques for weightlifting can help you execute exercises at their optimal potential.
We'll be going over the terms: concentric and eccentric and when we should inhale and exhale for those different phases of an exercise as well as go over a few exercises for examples.
