I remember doing that last exercise for the first time a couple months ago. Man that one DESTROYED my back the next day as in feeling sore. Never felt my back being worked on more with that one. Love it man!

Sir, help me. I have a rotator cuff injury and cant seem to get past the pain. Injury occurred 11 years ago, ive rested, gone to therapy but the mobility remains limited and the pain is excruciating. So, i was told that injecting Deca Derabulon directly into the joint socket will help. I am terrified. Comment please, want professional opinion before i take a drastic measure

so with pulldowns, the lower lats are more responsible for shoulder abduction and the upper lats are more responsible for shoulder extension? i've wanted to use the hammer strength high row but idk if it'll target more upper or lower lats and i've heard someone say it's lower lats but that doesn't make sense to me because it's using shoulder extension.
