How To Clean Your Rapido Locos

4 жыл бұрынThe first video by our own Dobby Allard. In this video, Zobby shows you how to clean your Rapido locomotive, including removing gunk from the gearboxes. Floor runners take note - if you run your Rapido locomotive on E-Z Track on the carpet or floor and it stops working, there is a good chance your gearboxes need cleaning.

I like to put a thin plastic bag over the foam cradle to stop sharp detail parts getting stuck to it

Will this also apply to rapido steam locomotives like the d10 and the Royal hudson in certain ways

Steam engines are very different. You can't snap the gearbox covers off, unfortunately.

Steam engines are probably even difficult then diesels since it has lots of detail around the shell that is really thin and could snap of and it will be hard to remove the shell. If I had to do that on my rapido steam locomotive I would probably put supper glue right next to me
