Corned beef Moi Moi recipe
4 cups peeled beans ( black eyed peas)
1 and half large onions
2 Maggi
1/2 cup of crafish
3 large red bell pepper
1/2 cup of oil
Half of a full corned beef ( or as desired but be mindful of salt and Maggi as the corned beef contains salt)

I actually watched this video cause I wanted to see how to wrap that moi moi leaf. I have cooked moimoi twice now unsupervised with it and let's just say, we thank God. Do a tutorial for wrapping the leaf, please

Yeah, it’s best to steam it or lay the stem of the leafs including some of the leafs on the bottom of the pot and add very little water and continue to top it up as you cook so that water Will not get into the leaf
