Thank you so much! I couldn't get my fabric to roll into the hem foot and was lost on how to do it without the foot. This tutorial was so simple and effective, and now I've got one piece of MANY hemmed.

Hi Kelly, what stitch length should be used?

My costume shop manager when I was in school actually told me that this is just a narrow hem and that “rolled hem” terminology only applies to the hem where a serger or a rolled hem foot is used. But what terminology is “right” or “wrong” honestly probably varies from one industry professional or instructor to another, so who’s to really say! 🤷🏻‍♀️
