STEP 1 - pseudo push up (20-25) - weighted dips (15-20) - weighted pull ups (10) STEP 2 - Tuck planche push ups (8-10) STEP 3 - 90 degree hold (altenrate legs 10 times in a row) (alternating tip toe) STEP 4 - Pushup to 90 degree hold - 90 degree pumps (7-10 pumps) STEP 5 - Negative planche push up

The most difficult thing about the planche hold or push up is definitely keeping that straight arm. It is way harder than it look, but not impossible for sure.♥️🔥

Yo . . . I'm still early in my calisthenics journey, and have gained so much from watching your progression/regression content. It's so easy to feel weak and ineffective doing some exercises considered basic and easy like pushups. Regressions have done more for my strength than just focusing on reps and wasting time on bad form. Thank you for being an inspiration!

I'm 15 years old and l have been watching your videos for almost a year now. Now l'm able to do 35-40 push ups. My goal it's to do 100 push ups in a row. Thank you Chris for all your help and videos

It will be hard since doing 10 more reps requests atmleast 1 month of training, but good luck I went from doing only 5 push ups to doing 30 push ups in 2 weeks Now in 2 months of training i can do even 45 push ups

There is no real benefit from doing them in that amount in a row. Would go for harder variations as chris statet in his Vid if your going for build strength. Otherwise go ahead ;)

​@@wifim821 I don't know about that I had a pretty big chest in high school and one of the best workouts I ever had was doing 100 push ups with out stopping. With proper form it is a really good workout to do occasionally. Expesally if your in a hurry. If you do the same workout all the time your body adepts and it dosnt build muscle as fast. Always good to mix it up.

Awesome to learn some of the history for the Planche push up. Gymnastics acrobatics, and street workout definitely come to mind. But interesting to learn that it also had roots in break dancing. 👍🏽

@@havyavahaagnihotri6982 lol bet you at 50 now, push it my guy Me personally i up my max by 5 and make it my goal even if i have to rest at the up position of a push up I saw Andrew Tate do the 120 some push ups on line while he was telling that fatter kid to do some push ups, dude did like 120 some without slowing down.. That my goal, i started at 15 per 100 a day, now im at about 2 to 3 hundred a day and can do 80 per set, be at a hundrd in a few weeks :) :) This plank is next

@@EndlessTravels nah bro, actually I had a bicep injury and haven't worked out in quite some time because of the board examinations here in India, but I'm definitely gonna get back on track now. Oh, and remember that push ups are great but you don't really need to be able to do that many in a row, so watch the form and then do progressive overload otherwise you just get good at doing push ups instead of actually increasing strength. @@jeppblack072 the soreness initially is inevitable but you just gotta push through eventually u actually start to like the burn n u don’t feel it as much as in the beginning… Here’s a breakdown of how I manage to get it done I do as many push ups as I can in one go .. which is usually 50 and then I do 5 sets of 10 of different variations .. for eg diamond, explosive, pseudo push ups etc

Awesomeness, I am at 3200 pushups in the past 32 days, I am doing 4 sets of 25 now instead of 5 sets of 20, feeling pretty good Thanks brother! this is going to step up my game for when I can do even one planche pushup.

I learned how to do 90 deg hold for 2-3 secs from you other video. It still requires more training to fully master it, but once I do it, I'll aim for this one for sure. Stay strong kings💪💪
