This is one of Chris Heria's most educational, informative, and thought provoking videos on overall health and diet! Very grateful and thankful for this video! In addition to having the art of physique; Chris is a Humanitarian! Since I have finally overcome my terrible addiction to sugar; I have dropped 7 pounds, and I am actually starting to see my muscles again, from leaning out! Great health is the ultimate wealth!

Just like salt It's a natural craving that the body has developed over millions of years. Nothing wrong with sugar. It unfortunately gets the blame from what PUFA caused just as saturated fat, salt and cholesterol all got blamed and then found out later they are all necessary for life.

@@elliotthelms4206 I enjoy eating Blue corn tortilla chips from target. Once I start eating some chips, my cravings take over and I'll finish half the bag in one sitting. It's a fight my brain has with my will. The brain is a fascinating organ. I can't blame my tongue all the time.

I'm 17 and have been overweight for most of my life. Due to dad influencing me and stuff like that I got to a point where I just hated how I looked which transformed into Anorexia. I lost an insane amount of weight and still working to figure it out but your channel has helped me so much with trying to become healthy and fit at the same time. I don't really have a point of reference for what that looks like in my life so I just wanted to say thank you for doing this type of content.

Listen bro, the first step in fixing any issue is seeing a problem, then creating a plan to combat the issue, and following through to see results. You’re headed in the right direction and the body is highly mailable. Keep taking steps to be healthier, but don’t do it in a way that you aren’t happy with where you’re currently at. Enjoy every step along the way, because it truly is about the journey and not the end result. I spent 4-5 years getting a shredded physique, and life didn’t get any better. It’s about the journey and good health, that’s really it.

Thank you Chris Heria for making this video. As a cyclist, the industry is moving towards more and more sugar to restore glycogen levels faster for more power output on the bike. However, this takes a significant toll on the body and pro cyclists careers are becoming shorter as this incredibly high sugar diet is unsustainable and only viable for younger adults.
