Goal- strength gain Each day surplus meal 500 calories Healthy snacks Proper meal you should know what you have to eat . Mam main bahut patali hun aur meri metabolism bahut hi acchi hain main bahut jyada khana kha sakti hun. Par mujhe study ke liye kam khana padta hai kyunki jyada khane se lazy feel hogi. But I am not satisfied to eat less my stomach asks for more food. I have to appear competitive exam so I control myself and I eat less but I also want to gain weight. What should I do, please give me a solution???
