@@JimmyBurgess Jimmy I started doing your process and it is terrific and actually much quicker than I imagined. I have been filming it in Bombbomb and the branded quick version is coming over to the client with the photo blocked and the client has to click a link. Do you video from the quick record button or something else? Hope this makes sense.

Hey Jimmy, awesome work! Thanks for sharing and lifting us all. Would you share the resource for the overlays seen in your videos? Are you creating a presentation first, then using Zoom or BoomBoom and recording your screen share?

Crystal, I’ll be glad to send you a few examples if you’d like for me to email them to me. I use BombBomb screen record. I don’t have a presentation prepared. I just have the tabs pulled up for Google Earth, the comparable properties and a net sheet. Then I go through them just like you would any other presentation sitting at their kitchen table except I’m doing it on the screen.

Jimmy, thank you for the quick reply. You're amazing! My question is regarding the purple side panel, with the text flowing onto the screen as you speak. How can I achieve the same branding effect? Is that a feature provided inside of BombBomb? I would like to do the same. That's the missing piece.

Crystal, We use Adobe Premiere for our editing software that helps us add in the graphics. I hope that helps!

if you dont have to many leads, would you send this info to FSBO's?

I've done printed versions for FSBOs. The biggest issue is that I would not send it to people I have not spoken to before. This is a great part of an overall strategy for FSBOs, but if used with them alone, the conversion rate will probably be low. I hope this makes sense and helps.

I had most of them already, but services like truth Finder and Cole realty resource are places we’ve used before

You can but emails are pretty easy to find when you Google someone or check social media about me profiles on platforms like LinkedIn. But if you can’t find one, mailing is good.
