How to get out of a rut

Күн бұрынI feel like a lot of people perceive the feeling of" being stuck in a rut" so negatively to the point that it stresses them out about living life because they think that they need to change their lives drastically in order to get out of this feeling.
I made this video to help people realise that" how to get out of a rut" is not as complicated as people think this is from my point of view and hope this makes somebody's day :)

Wise words, as always. My remedy for avoiding ruts is to be as creative as possible, curious and open to our rich and multitudinous world. Difficult to be bored when there are literally endless possibilities of discovery. Thank you so much for your inspiring and beautiful videos!

I had watched when I was a college student like 6years ago for day off and lived in New Zealand too and Ive been working in hometown living with family since ‘19 made money now I’m ready to try to move by livening myself, go abroad, find partner, arrange working stile, anything and I’m feeling living local and global make myself comfortable…

Sena your new facial hair looks really handsome. Also, one comment from me, I think the target mental state should actually be contentedness, rather than excitement and happiness. Perpetual happiness seems unrealistic.
