Oh thank you so much for posting this. I've been taking prednisolone for almost two years now and I'm experiencing every effects on steroids. Now I'll follow your instructions and feel better again🥰

Thank you so much for posting about your kidney journey. I'll be 2 years post transplant in March. I am so incredibly grateful but definitely feeling the struggles that come along with transplant moon face and weight gain being number one. I'm excited to try your suggestions!!

Thank you for making this video. I am on prednisone now and could not figure out why my head looks like a melon they gave me no warning that this could happen. I have changed my diet and started working out just haven't seen the results yet.

i have warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and the first time i had it i gained 30 pounds in 3 months because i was SUPER depressed and the doctors didnt tell me how much weight i could gain on it. i got diagnosed with it again yesterday, so this time around im gonna focus on making sure i dont binge eat and stay away from lots of sodium!!!
