I’ve been using my Bellicon on and off for a while and trying to follow the rules on the correct body positioning. It’s worth doing it right from the start but it ain’t easy.

Hello and welcome! I like rebounding barefoot unless you have a condition that would require you to wear shoes such as needing ankle support.

I have watched so many videos on the best rebounder to buy. So many to choose from. The cost of the celliciser is so expensive. Is it a good one? What one do you like? I'm 64 and 200 lbs. My knees are not what they use to be Thank you.

Hi there! My personal preference is the Jumpsport 350Pro with the quick release handlebar. I have never used the celliciser, but I think many people do like it! My grandma is 87 and she uses the Jumpsport. Hope this helps!

Oh my days! I’ve just agreed on a health kick. I’ve lost 2 stone since October, using NOOM, which I’m finding really helpful. I’ve on week 4 of couch to 5k and I’ve started some cardio. I have bad knees, currently waiting for replacement surgery, so I though this would be good. My Amzdeal trampoline arrived today and I’ve just tried this workout, I could barely take my hands off the handle, clearly have balance issues, but my knees hurt too. Any tips please? And thank you 😊

Hi there! I'm not familiar with the Amzdeal trampoline. Knees hurting could be a number of things including the type/firmness of the trampoline you're using. My best advice is to start slowly and speak to your health care provider if you're concerned about your knees. Many people start with only bouncing a few minutes. Consistent use will help your balance!

I am in my sixties and am new to rebounding. Maintaining my balance on the rebounder is my biggest concern right now. Is this because of very weak core muscles? Any suggestions?

Rebounding itself will help strengthen your core. I'd suggest a handlebar. You can always incorporate core strengthening exercises. Here is one of my favorites. It's from my 3 Minute Series: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/f9iUppSnxtvacX0.html

Hello do have recommendation on rebounder for mature women with arthritis and bad knees.

I like the Jumpsport 350PRO. You can adjust the tension setting to the softest bounce. Be sure to check with your physician to make sure this exercise will be ok for your knees. It does have much less impact to joints than traditional exercises.
