Shaan, do people who are owners of higher levels of empathy have more tendency to be stuck in anxiety and its various symptoms? Or is it high sensitivity that makes their anxiety recovery journey a lot tougher? And what was the difference between average sufferers' anxiety and highly sensitive sufferer's anxiety - I mean the anxious people naturally born with trait of being highly sensitive - in terms of recovery journey? You might have learned how those two types of people were different through running Bye Bye Panic mentorship meeting people from all around the world, so what are your thoughts on this? Same? Or different? I would be so glad if you let me know your opinion.

His videos on desensitizing the nervous system really helped my anxiety he also has a free book u can download that has a map on how to do this

Stop doing compulsions stop doing anything that you do to “prevent” anxiety from happening. When it comes just let it be there

Just don’t attach danger to the symptoms! If you attach danger to the symptoms it increases the intensity! Distressing but not dangerous is the symptom! Just bare the discomfort and it will pass , become objective…. Focus on something around you describe it to yourself and that will help you! Objective stops the panic ! I use to teach classes in this & it works with practice

Stop reacting to your symptoms and start responding. That way anxiety slowly starts to fade away. Step 1: Make a list of ALL your anxiety symptoms. (Fast heartbeat, sweatiness, scary thoughts, feeling constant sadness... etc. Step 2: Throw all your symptoms under anxiety umbrella. (This way when symptoms appear you can label them as part of anxiety) Step 3: When symptoms appear, notice and accept them and then... take your attention back to present moment/what you were doing. (This is something that takes literally just a second. Also you don't need to do this to every single thought that appears... but do it daily several times regardless.) By repeating this simple process you start to automatically accept your anxiety... paying less and less attention to it and focus more on your life. Good question I like to ask myself often is "what would I do if I didn't have anxiety?" Well I at least would not cancel my daily plans or try to solve my anxiety problems right? Your mind just constantly wants to make problems that are super important or need to be solved ASAP but that is just part of anxious mind and knowing that just throw those thoughts also under anxiety umbrella. Nothing needs to be solved, just go back to living and let symptoms be there, like background music. 😎
