Ok duh, but how do you get that white plug out once there is air in it? Having a hell of a time trying to get that thing out.

Hey man my white plug isn't right near the top like that. It sags down like 3 inches. Did I break my ball?

yeah i also wanted to know how to get the little white plug out but his was already pumped up he really showed the easiest part lol

@Jack Paul Yeah, it would be nice to have the answers to all the questions one can think of in one video. Person in this video refers to his item as a "balance trainer." I have a Bosu brand product and the FAQ from their WEBSITE states: "Inflate the BOSU® Balance Trainer until the dome is 8.5” high (do not exceed 10” high)." I imagine the brand of your product should provide similar information. I hope that helps.
