Another tip, add some lithium-based grease to the push pin where it is inserted into the brass fitting.

on GSXR 750 l1 it hits the buttons and that plate for the clutch sensor swiethc has to be bend in two position to work properly.

I have not installed these levers on that model. When I installed these levers I was left with the impression these were designed to be used on a track bike more than on a street bike. The design of the brackets to trigger the brake or clutch switch are not a robust as we see on CRG for example. - Van

Paint on brembo i 3 times thicker and xD one cost like both from lightech. I am going to buy lightech 18 lever for my RCS as I scratched the lever and made it worse with chine hslf lever that did not fit. I have little scratch on lightech and thicknes diffrent of the paint is significant.

So frustrating, this is such a simple install and yet when I tried to remove the clutch lever bolt, the thing was completely seized and it stripped immediately. Now I have to go buy a bolt remover and pray I can get the damn thing off. Yamaha why did you torque my bolt down so hard. :(

My pivot pin on the brake lever is stuck. The nut was giving me alot of issues but finally got it out. Now the screw side is locked into place. It will not come out. Will not spin. Any ideas ?

This is hard to sort out without being able to see the lever. I would start with a little penetrating oil to see if that will get things moving again. - Van

Those are the Driven Superbike Grips, here is a link to them on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/driven-superbike-grips-open-end/ I really like these grips a lot, pretty much my personal "go to" for grips right now. They are a 2 ply grip and they seem to absorb some of the vibrations which is nice. - Van

Tristan Milan I prefer a full length lever myself. I hold the throttle with my hand at the end of the grip and try to position the master as far inboard as possible. This allows me to get the 2 braking fingers over the lever towards end of it which increases leverage making the braking easier. - Van

+marin patje Van was just referring to the Auto Blipper on his bike. It basically allows clutchless up and downshifting while riding.

Is the clutch lever adjustable?

You can adjust the clutch lever using the clutch perch adjuster but it does not add any adjustment like we see with other aftermarket levers. - Brian Van

Manny 1421 standard length levers, pretty much the same as OEM. Personally I prefer standard length levers because they provide more leverage than a shorty. - Brian Van
