How to just be?
Being is not a doing or becoming or creating.
It is natural, spontaneous, and effortless.
Regardless of what is happening circumstantially, and regardless of the nature of your thought activity, you cannot not be.
This you need to understand. Once you do, it will be seen how simple what I am referring to actually is.
Today’s video will guide you into this understanding. Use it like a meditation.
Sit with you eyes closed and listen. Don’t try to understand or comprehend or analyze or interpret.
Just listen and be quiet. Let the words do the rest.
I hope it helps you greatly!
Best,
Sunny Sharma

How do you create your own reality (which means focusing on what you want therefore using mind and thoughts) if you’re not thinking (which is what ‘being’ means as far as I understand)? Or how do you know your ´actions’ are a result of awareness rather than ´story’ and mind ?

I am really struggling with understanding where to put my focus at, because some people say i should put my attention on my feelings when they arrise and some (like you, in this video) say i should focus on the Ankers. Thats whats always really confusing me. When im meditating(or also when i am not), and a feeling pops up. What do i do ? Do i focus on the Ankers or do i put my focus on the feeling. Because everyone says that i need to feel feelings when they arrise. I am so confused please help me out.

During sit down meditation, sit with the anchor. During the day however when emotions arise, feel into them fully without resistance. If you wish, during those difficult times you can even sit down with eyes closed and practice feeling into them fully, observing them without judgement. It’s very simple :)

I see you saying «be aware og being aware», but I dont find «me» in the dark blanknes. When I Get into the «meditative state» where I see/feel the distanse between me and the mind, in this place I feel very light and almost not human anymore. Should I be aware of this? Is that to be aware of being aware? Or most likely «I» am aware of that too so it cant be that...😅it is just hard to feel/ or point out what «me» is
@wrld-sn3cu
@wrld-sn3cu 3 жыл бұрын
Even tho I dont Get it yet, will searching in the darknes over time lead to «me»?
@selfinquiryschool
@selfinquiryschool 3 жыл бұрын
@@wrld-sn3cu who is the "me" that will be led to it? The point of this practice is to see that the self is not objective. It has no objective qualities. It does not exist within the limits of time and space. Yet it is what you are, here and now; the one that is looking. Abide as that. And your understanding of yourself will become subtler and subtler.
@wrld-sn3cu
@wrld-sn3cu 3 жыл бұрын
@@selfinquiryschool yes that it has no objective is what makes it so hard to know if I have the awareness on me or not. Feels like I never Get There Even tho it should be simple. But how can I be aware of myself, when You have said that «I» can not know myself, only what I am aware of. Or am I misunderstanding You?
