Rice and wheat are negative grains with negligible fibre, I use to take millets, these are rich in fibre and many more, I am on vegan diet, no milk, only fruits, salad, and millets and I am starting cardio from today..thanks mam

example of fridge 1.Make sure ultra minimise refine oil and replace with cold press oil viceral fat 2. use complex carbohydrate please replace with simple carbohydrate 3. add weight training= it is streightning your body without weight training body gets weak 2 days in the week 4. please make sure your 7-8 hours sleep.

Advance information is missing...main reason for belly fat is fatty liver ... maximum burning happens by building muscle and not by cardio... Best way to reduce belly fat is have apple cider vinegar with bit of lemon juice and intermittent fasting ( eat early by 7:pm) and next eat only after 15-16 hrs of gap.. madam has covered basic...but forgot to main points (intermittent fasting and use of apple cider vinegar).. most people missing out on trace minerals and important multiple vitamins like B1 B6, Omega 3, magnesium , potessium 🙏... Requesting madam to cover above important points...Jai hind🙏

Madam.... 90% viewers may be worried about belly fat only ... If I m correct .... Please make one very good video which will really tell practically .... What exactly to do from morning ... Like actual food u hv to tell us in very simple language .... Like actual names of vegetables , actual name of pulses , qty of each food , breakfast lunch and dinner ... Every thing in detail with all options ... Also tell us daily routine so that belly fat will go away or at least become tolerable .... My belly is my biggest problem ... It is common in men's around 38 to 50 yrs ... It's loooks very bad but really dont know how to get rid of this ... Two years back I used Herbalife for 6 months and achieved 67 kg from 83 kg .... But again in lock down ... I became 86 kg .... Belly is very very big and I feel shy for this

मैडम .... हम तो बहुत कम खाते हैं। मिठाइयां बहुत पसंद हैं लीन फिर भी बहुत कम खाते हैं। लेकिन हमारा बड़ा भाई बहुत ज्यादा खाता है। रोज रात को होटल से कचोड़ी समोसे ले आता है और घर का खाना छोड़कर ये सब खाता है। भाभी बहुत नाराज़ होती हैं लेकिन मानता नहीं है। आपका वीडियो उसको दिखाऊंगा शायद मान जाए। आपको बहुत थैंक यू देते हैं इतनी अच्छी बातें बताने के लिए।
