I run a few pieces of the blue painters tape around the box just for added security and I also use the cheap model paint brushes to add the paste to the glass

put water in the glass , and put slits in the bottom edge of the tape so it goes around the bulb of the glass easier

hello there.. great video. have done a few glasses but only one came out perfect. The rest I am having "bleeding" issues. i guess its because of the bubbles around the design area, however, when i apply the cream there doesnt seem to be any bubble. What am i doing wrong? any tips please?

Jahivan, Make sure when putting the cream on that you're not putting it on super thick around the edges and that the edges of your design where the cream will be near are really smoothed out and stuck to the glass super well so you don't see any bleeding issues like that! TRW Alexis

Oh man.. I am obsessed with how vinyl looks on its own but this is a jaw dropper! I love everything about it! Can you only use sign vinyl for this?

Hey Christina! You can use anything that will stick to the glass that is thick enough that the etching cream will not go through. We've noticed that FDC vinyl is a better product for this, if that is anything! :) TRW Nick

Etching is permanently changing the glass so washing will have zero effect on it.

Is the sign vinyl the outdoor permanent? Can I use my oracle 651 vinyl?

You can use 651 or even 631. The important thing is to be sure your edges are pressed very well. You don't want etch to sneak under any edges and ruin/blur your design. -TRW Crystal

There are ways to etch stainless steel, although the glass etching solution will not work on stainless steel.

I just get the Graphtec Vinyl Cutters I buy it form amazon.com and I have the software with the cutters. can you tell me what your software you using and how much ??

The software that we use is CorelDraw, the TRW Design Wizard, and Cutting master 3 for Graphtec. The software package will range from $689.99-769.99 depending on the version of Corel that you purchase.
