OMG I love this so much and can't wait to try this. I am a bit nervous about the cutting getting the angle as you describe. I will re-watch this video tons of times til I get it correct. You have such a great sense of fabric coordination. I would have never thought of using the stripe, but I absolutely love it and the red button is a great finishing touch. I have learned so much from you that I am now such a better quilter. I can't thank you enough for all you do and your selflessness for helping others.

Can the strips be wider than the ones you used in the video for quilt as you go, two inch and one inch strip? Can the blocks be done with no strips with quilt as you go? The Dresden Wedge is beautiful! You are a great teacher with detail and easy to follow!

I'm a newbie beginner sewer and not very good at cutting angles like that I prefer to use a template ruler.

Too complicated for me, I am likely to cut to the wrong corner!
