Nice burger flavor profile but stacking things that high on the bun makes it impossible to eat in the hands like a burger. Sometimes less is more.

Exactly. Notice how they don't show anybody actually eating these skyscrapers. It's ridiculous. These places that build 6+ inch high sandwiches make me laugh. To eat the damn things u have to deconstruct them and eat them in sections. The whole point of a burger and/or a sandwich is to be able to hold it with your hands and get a clean bite where u taste everything in one shot.

whats the porpuse throwing ice on the grill before anything? to make it cleaner or is it something else?

It makes steam. And unlike water that would just flash to steam right away, it takes time for the ice to melt, so it keeps the steam coming for a longer time.

I agree, season after patty made, otherwise meatloaf, I do use msg instead of salt, should try but use half what salt would add, every person on earth eats msg everyday, even vegetarians, it's natural in veggies, cheese, snacks, fast food, premixed seasoning blends ect.. and can't beat good old American cheese 🤤🤤
