How to Make a Nal

The Nāl is an Indian lifting stone with a handle that runs through the centre. It builds immense explosive power and strength. The Nāl is a key tool of the WarYoga Akhara.
This video will show you how to make a Nāl. In it I demonstrate my complete process which has taken several years to hone.

You need to put it in water and then wrap it in foil. So as not to crack the concrete.

Why is removing the can a needed step, wouldn't leaving it in make it stronger? Thanks for the great video..

I am definitely making this one, also do you have any idea how can i make samtola from concrete... I was thinking of using pvc pipe as outer mold, but haven't figured out for the handles yet...

I carved mine from a log, so I have never considered making one from concrete before

I use beer keg filled with water, not the same but close
