Snap to absolute value would help to make sure regions are pasted perfectly on the grid.

It is hard to know what DAW I should go for. I know that FL is great, but I hear that in FL u need more programs to make a good or complete beat. Do you recommend Logic Pro x as a DAW if i am starting out? I want to go all in with a program. I have a desktop PC, but im gonna buy a laptop. Im thinking about the macbook pro 2016. Keep up the good work,. and I hope you can answer me:)

In your mixing/mastering video you talk about adjusting the volumes so the stereo out is anywhere between -3.0 to -6.0db to leave headroom for mastering. Do you still follow that concept? I'm noticing that the stereo out throughout this entire tutorial is at 0.0db. Thanks for everything you do man!

Hey man on 25:55 you were having a problem with snapping it to the grid. The issue was that you had it on relative value and it was supposed to be on absolute value. Sometimes logic does that. Btw great video!:)

you dont happen to know if logic has internal time and pitch setting for the exs 24? Ive been using logic for like 10 years and still pisses me off that my samples will slowdown and speed up if I pitch them in exs24. Sure it works but I like to be precise and want my drums and 808s especially to play the same length when pitched. and its annoying having to put a hi hat in 10 different aux outputs with a pitch shifter on it. Have this problem in maschine as well and Its annoying having to use kontakt. They need to get on FL sampler with that time stretch with pitch.

i have one more question about downloading all of the logic sounds to my external hard drive. all of the videos i watched on this have the sounds downloaded first, but i dont cuz i dont have enough storage u feel me. so i was wondering if there was a way to install the sounds to my external hard drive instead of moving them cuz i dont got them downloaded

Make space bro, get an external drive, transfer over files to create space on your ss, then follow those steps. I dont think you can choose a directory to download the files to from logic but I might be wrong, if anything google is your best friend
