In this recipe video I'll show you how to make homemade tortilla chips. Did I mention that this tortilla chip recipe is all from scratch. Oh and also these corn tortilla chips aren't some plain chip either. These tortilla chips are flavored as a chili lime tortilla chip. They're packed with so much flavor. They have a slight chili flavor and pack a punch of lime. These chips would be perfect for fresh salsa or some fresh guacamole. You could also use these tortilla chips for nachos, ceviche, or just as a snack. We kept it pretty healthy in this corn tortilla chip recipe. We baked our corn tortilla chips instead of frying them. They come out nice and golden brown and super crunchy. Try them for yourself!

Oven at 400 F or 204 C
Bake 10 to 12 mins
INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 1/2 cup or 180 g instant corn masa flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
3 medium limes (zest and juice)
1 cup or 240 mL liquid (partially fresh lime juice and warm water)
*Juice limes into a measuring cup get as much lime juice out of them as possible. Then fill the measuring cup with warm water until you get 1 full cup or 240 mL of liquid
*The limes I used gave me a yield of about a 1/4 cup or 59 mL lime juice then I filled the measuring cup with warm water until I got 1 cup or 240 mL
