INGREDIENTS:
1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
Half a head of cabbage, core removed and cut into 1 inch pieces
3 garlic cloves, minced
8-10 oz pork shoulder (or pork belly), cut into bite size pieces
1 zucchini, cut into chunks
3 tbsp neutral oil of your choice
1/2 cup roasted black bean paste
2 cups Korean dashi stock or chicken stock
1-2 tbsp sugar, adjust to your desired taste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water)
Korean fresh cut noodles (use 1 bundle per serving)
Julienned cucumber for garnishing
