Thank you. I'm surprised you don't have more views. We're first time parents and surprised how loud so many toys are even those meant to soothe baby to sleep. I remember people saying such toys were gifts to annoy and get back at the parents moreso than for the child. Now that we have our own I don't agree. These toys are more aggravating to her than us. We're used to loud noises, she isn't. Fortunately there's a solution to this dilemma. Even toys and items with adjustable volume seem to be loud and louder. This is so bizarre to me. Why are toy and baby items manufacturers not taking this into consideration?

If i want to stop the volume, can i cut the wire connected to the speaker. My daughter have almost the same toy, but with two wire (red and white). I want to stop music but keep lights.
