Sheet pan pizza dough (a.k.a. Sicilian-style, grandma-style, or Detroit-style dough) is surprisingly easy to make and comes together in just over 2 hours. It's also the perfect thing to make when you're feeding a crowd or want a bunch of leftovers for the week. One sheet pan pizza serves 6 to 8 people (depending on how hungry they are), and if you top it with lots of hearty veggies and/or meats, it's a complete meal on its own.

I’m from Michigan, but I live in the Dominican Republic. All the pizzas are very thin crust Italian style. Thank you for this easy recipe. I’m going to try it.

I use Sargento low moisture whole milk shredded mozzarella. It should be available at any supermarket.

It looks like a half sheet pan, so that would be 18"x13"x1"

Why can’t Americans at least give weights, as well as rough cup (heaped) spoon recipes? Just followed link to “full recipe” none the wiser. Pizza and she both looked mighty fine to me
