How to make Sweet Potato Squares/Bars

New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious Sweet potato squares/bars. This recipe is like a Sweet potato pie but it is made into squares. It has a thin layer of pie crust at the bottom and a thick layer of stabilized Pie filling on top. This recipe serves 15 or more and it is delicious. Hope you all will give this Holiday classic pie a try.

Oh wow! That looks the bomb! Watching you is like attending an online cooking school with a very attentive instructor! Helping all of the steps to absorb so easily into the mind. When I first watched one of his videos I was like.. 😳😮 and laughed. I was thinking imagine the company that makes Charlie's table he's got a sponsorship with. "Our tables are so durable even a excited cook can't even break them." 😂🤣😂

Watched a different video for this recipe and it didn’t include flour or all spice and I know my grandma used those ingredients in her recipe. Then I came across your video with all the same ingredients my grandma used. ☺️ You’re always on point. I’ll just follow your recipes from now on. The video for your bread pudding recipe was bomb. My husband loved it and it was my first attempt. Will definitely try this one this weekend. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏾
