Making a setting sure is not easy, but also doesn’t seem to be difficult. A setting occurs depending on the story, but is fun to imagine. For instance, I thought of a kingdom that looks like a mixture of: • Venice’s town and river street. • Rome’s colosseum. I’m not the most creative, but at least I have some ideas that could stand out.

As always, an excellent video. Today, as I edited my work in progress about Julian of Norwich, I noticed how pervasive the setting of Norwich is. The ringing of church bells. The pervasive scent of wool. The clatter of a handcart on the cobbles. The way the wall bordering the city cuts off the horizon. Synchronicity!
