I’m a guy and my goal is to get thicker hair, I usually massage my scalp with the help of castor oil, coconut oil, amla oil, mustard oil, blackseed oil, pumpkin oil and olive oil. Mix them into a bowl, heat up in the microwave and massage for 15-20 mins. Benefits: Increased hair growth + Thicker hair + Shinier and more Volume-ized

I have been using this shampoo for more than 6 months and the result is quite good. Yep, it makes the hair dry but we should use a little bit of oil to give the hair moisturizer. You can use coconut oil.

The oil might be too thick so you might want to mix it with another oil like olive oil to make it less thick. I use castor oil and that is very thick so I try to not be too aggresive since I know it will pull out my hair

Should we apply oil all over the scalp? And washing hair everyday....will the hair be damaged? And should we do these massaging before sleep or before going to bath?
